Finished a project a couple weeks ago, a diary of the first time as a Missionary, 7 Days in Dangriga (7DiD). I am compelled to write as you might know and as such I had to write this. So much happened. Me before Dangriga, Belize  is seeming more and more like a completely different person, though I'm still working on the shyness...

Some of you may remember seeing this on Instagram...
I went to Dangriga on a impromptu trip through the church my parents attend, C. N. Jenkins Presbytereian. I wasn't 'supposed' to even be available, but I'm glad I was as the first draft of the diary has brought people to tears and makes me forget any negativity that might be happening in my life at the current moment. (Aside from wanting to go back) The first draft was simply my thoughts and summarizations put to paper with some pictures.

Small Book Big Impact.
But I wanted to do more. I needed to add more pictures as they could tell the story alone. I take a lot of pictures.. that week I took 1452. Well that was the usable amount and I wish I could take them all and put them in a book... but there is just no way.. So I spent weeks redoing the 7DiD and this is the finished product. I do things with excellence... ring a bell FHC?

60 pages of memories.
That week was such an important week in my life that I just had to make something. This is just what I do. (Among other things) and it is 1 of 2 project planned for the Dangriga trip. This was originally just planned to be a coffee table type deal so I can have a hard copy that was worthy of the trip itself. It was taken back to the church and now it seems it has become part of a fundraiser (orders.. I have orders, what?... if only these kind of books weren't so expensive) for the next trip to Dangriga, there has to be another trip. Just has to, but this reinforces one of the main points of the entire trip in itself. Never for one moment underestimate the impact you can have on someone's life. Never.

P.S. - If you want information on the 7DiD just let me know.
